Program name
Gen L Messaging — transactional / service-related SMS for missed-call follow-up, intake links, appointment confirmations/reminders, and related service updates from the business you contacted. Gen L is provided by SanStone. This program does not send marketing or promotional SMS.
Program description
Participating businesses use Gen L to recover missed calls, collect intake information, and send appointment-related texts. Depending on how someone interacts with the business, they may consent via a missed-call voice/IVR prompt (press 1 on the keypad), give verbal consent to an intake representative, or check the optional SMS consent box on a website/intake form — then receive transactional texts from that business.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies. Typical traffic is a small number of messages per inquiry (follow-up, intake link, confirmation, and limited reminders). Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-out
Reply STOP to cancel. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS from this program unless you opt in again through a new qualifying interaction.
Help
Reply HELP for help, or contact the business you reached / the SanStone operator for your account’s Gen L subscription for support.
Consent
End users may consent through one of the flows described on our SMS Consent page: (1) missed-call IVR (press 1 on the keypad after an unanswered call to consent, then receive the intake link by SMS), (2) verbal consent recorded by an intake representative in Gen L New Intake, or (3) checking the optional, unchecked-by-default SMS consent checkbox on a website/intake form and providing a mobile number. SMS consent is separate from acceptance of these Terms.
Messages are transactional / service-related only. They may include a missed-call follow-up, an intake link after consent, intake reminders if needed, appointment confirmation and reminder texts after booking, and a reschedule link if they reply R. Reply STOP to opt out of further SMS at any time; reply HELP for help. Consent to receive SMS is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Opting out of SMS does not prevent the person from contacting the business again by phone or other published methods.
Privacy
How we handle mobile numbers and SMS consent information is described in our Privacy Policy. Mobile numbers and SMS consent information are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Carrier disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
